so i was going to get on the nano site real quick to check to see if there were any last minute entries for the cookbook. i was literally about to close submissions. i decide to use the little girl’s room and come back and click the forum link, and it informs me maitenance is being done on the nano site.

I have legitimate medical issues preventing me from finishing my work. I recently promised refunds.
A moderator even stepped in to say that my offer of refunds was acceptable and that everyone would need to give me TIME to aquire the refunds.
So I get on a week ago (Mondayish?) when I finally have the time and the health to say here’s what I have take your pick or let me sell it— oh, but I’m frozen.
I can’t look at my sMails, I can’t see any of the commission information, I can’t do a damn thing— I filed a ticket and they haven’t replied to me since WENSDAY. As if I’m not having enough problems irl, but subeta has to explode too, right?
I totally don’t blame the people who got mad for such a long time after paying, but EVERYONE told me to TAKE MY TIME. And then someone fucking gets me frozen? Are you serious? You paid me FIVE DOLLARS. Five dollars. You don’t pay me minimum fucking wage and yet you want to harass me with threats and getting me banned because you didn’t get your refund fast enough?
I keep getting on every day now because I want to actually talk to the people who WERE being patient with me, and I can’t because of this.
